The Ad Cloud Account Manager will be responsible for developing/maintaining client relationships and overall success of video, PTV, display, native, mobile and social campaigns for a business that is rapidly growing. Thriving in a startup environment with a big company back drop is crucial for succeeding in this role. Responsibilities
• Develop strong client relationships and manage the day to day needs, requests and communication for Adobe’s strategic clients and partners
• Work closely and collaborate with Ad Operations and Business Analyst teams
• Oversee and report on campaign delivery pacing/monitoring (spend, impressions, etc.) & performance against client objectives while seeking out additional KPIs, trends and other areas of opportunity for account growth; proactively communicate any issues internally
• Partner with clients to understand end clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints; utilize all Adobe’s resources: Ad Cloud, Experience Cloud solutions and internal tools to ensure we meet or exceed those goals throughout the campaign
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technology developments as they relate to the programmatic space to best educate clients and peers
• Lead onsite and remote client trainings, presentations, strategy and status meetings
• Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting client technical problems
• Provide the product teams with ongoing feedback around improving feature functionality and product enhancements; support the rollout of new features and functionality; ensure clients are well trained and supported in their use of the Adobe Advertising (Ad Cloud) platform
• Help build the Adobe Advertising display client services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
Required Skills and Experience
• Ability to lead day to day client relations, and to work with management and multifunctional teams to respond to client needs
• In-Depth Experience in managing and optimizing various online display advertising campaigns around CPM, CPA, ROI, and programmatic (i.e. video, mobile in-app, social, PTV and open/direct/guaranteed RTB)
• Deep experience with Analytics, DSP and DMP technologies
• Experience setting up SSPs, DCO, Deal IDs, PMPs and optimizing against them
• Well versed in different ad serving (DoubleClick, Atlas, Mediaplex, etc) technologies
• Familiarity with Social Advertising (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat)
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, pivot charts, sumifs, vlookups, etc.) and PowerPoint a must
• Resourceful in maneuvering through a large company while working in a nimble and fast paced startup environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills along with cross company and partner collaboration skills
• Capability to work proactively under pressure and handling multiple ad hoc requests
• High level of comfort escalating and presenting key issues to senior management
• Tactical and strategic thinker
• Comfortable with ‘test and learn’ approach for best practice sharing
• Experience building out programmatic media plans/strategies
• BA/BS with industry emphasis or related experience
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital/online marketing with emphasis in display. Solid understanding of DSPs, content networks, ad networks, and retargeting networks is a must. Ad Operations experience is a must
• Minimum 3+ years client-facing services experience managing digital marketing accounts
• Minimum 1-2+ years programmatic experience (RTB, Exchanges, PMP and/or DSP/SSP)
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience with SEM a plus
• Fundamental understanding of JavaScript, VAST/VPAID, HTML or HTML 5 a plus
• Working Knowledge of ActionScript, SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot or Tableau a plus
