Hi, I'm Dexter.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve been a product leader, PM, and advisor across the US, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. I’ve worked at public companies (Dropbox) and growth-stage startups (Xendit (YC15), CreativeLive). more here

Helped scale a fintech from Series A to Series D ($4B to $15B+ TPV)
Led the growth of a 20-person to 70-person product org
Managed a $50M+ product-led growth business through IPO
Launched multiple products & teams from scratch

Dexter gave me the confidence to go into the FB onsite knowing that I've prepared the best I can. His framework for telling stories and the category in which the stories should fit and how they can be flexed depending on the question was intuitive and easy to remember.
